As an Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients and a key connector inside our teams. You’ll build strong relationships, understand business challenges, and translate them into smart, actionable solutions delivered by multidisciplinary teams.

You will:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Deeply understand client business objectives, challenges, and market context.
  • Collaborate with creative, technology, data, and delivery teams to shape and execute effective solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Anticipate risks and challenges, proactively solving problems to keep work moving forward.
  • Provide clear, regular communication and status updates to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services or new ideas.
  • Support business development efforts, including pitches, proposals, and client presentations.

  • 3- 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role, ideally in a digital, creative, or consulting environment.
  • A proven ability to manage and grow client relationships while delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Solid project management capabilities, with experience handling multiple workstreams at once.
  • A structured, problem-solving mindset supported by analytical thinking.
  • Good understanding of digital products, platforms, and creative processes.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and basic financial reporting.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • A proactive, curious attitude and a desire to keep improving how things are done.
  • Fluency in English (C1–C2).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large international or Fortune 500 clients.
  • Certifications or formal training in account management, marketing, or project management.
  • Fluency in German (B2-C1).
