- You are part of a team dedicated to supporting a customer in the German financial industry, specifically in the field of life insurance.
- You are responsible for integrating applications with CyberArk to enhance our security posture and manage privileged access effectively.
- You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of CyberArk solutions.
- You collaborate with application owners to understand their requirements and design integration solutions with CyberArk.
- You integrate enterprise applications, databases, and services with CyberArk Access Manager or Credential Providers for secure credential retrieval.
- You implement and configure Secrets Management (Credential providers).
- You develop and configure CyberArk CPM plugins for custom applications and target systems.
- You develop and execute scripts for automation of tasks related to application integration and privileged access management.
- You conduct testing and validation of integrations to ensure functionality and security compliance.
- You provide support and troubleshooting for CyberArk-related issues.
- You proactively bring in ideas to create innovative solutions.
- You work in an agile environment.
- You meet with your team in the office (Katowice) at least once a month to plan your work and discuss progress.
- You take responsibility in a self-organized team.

- Very good communication skills in English.
- Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience working in a self-organized team.
- Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit to the office per month.
- Approx. 5+ years of proven experience with CyberArk solutions and privileged access management/AAM/CCP integrations.
- Strong knowledge of CyberArk API’s, SDKs, and CCP, CP/REST solutions.
- Ease at working in a multinational environment using a foreign language daily.
- Strong understanding of application integration processes and security best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with ticketing tools.
- CyberArk certification (e.g., CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer) is a plus
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure is a plus
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and their impact on privileged access management is a plus.
