Presales & Solution Support:
- Participate in customer meetings, Oracle co-selling activities, and industry exhibitions or demos.
- Respond to technical tenders and RFPs, preparing architecture concepts, cost estimates, and technical responses.
- Develop and present Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Work closely with Oracle sales and product teams to position Red Reply solutions effectively.
Architecture & Delivery:
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring technical excellence and business relevance.
- Design and optimize architectures for data warehousing (DWH), analytics, and AI/ML workloads on OCI.
- Support migrations from on-premises and multi-cloud environments to OCI.
- Contribute to proofs of concept, demos, and client showcases at events.
Business Development:
- Act as a technical ambassador for Red Reply in Oracle-related events, webinars, and customer workshops.
- Collaborate with Red Reply and Oracle sales teams on joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities for Oracle-based modernization projects across industries such as manufacturing, defense, and financial services.

- University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including networking, compute, storage, and database services.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Autonomous Database, Data Warehouse, OAC/OBIEE, ODI, and related tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns, DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD), and infrastructure automation (Terraform).
- Familiarity with AI/ML, analytics, or integration services on OCI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to simplify complex concepts for customers and sales teams.
- Experience supporting sales or presales activities (e.g., RFP responses, demos, client workshops).
- Certifications are a plus
- You are open to work in a hybrid mode, with** 2-3 days** at our office in Katowice
- Very good communication in English and Polish, German is a plus
