Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level Microsoft SharePoint solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring optimal performance and security of SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SharePoint (Online and On-Premises), Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop custom SharePoint solutions, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions structures.
  • Manage end-to-end development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support of SharePoint solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other business applications (ERP, CRM, BI tools) using APIs and connectors.
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Implement governance policies, security standards, and compliance requirements for SharePoint usage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration (SharePoint Online & On-Premises).
  • Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), CSOM, REST API, and PnP libraries.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and integration with external systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead technical projects.
