As Internal Project Manager, you'll drive success by managing a diverse portfolio of projects for internal delivery units and in some cases for external clients. Your role will be key person in handling numerous concurrent projects, alongside ad-hoc tasks, support requests, and strategic pre-sales initiatives - all while maintaining a sharp focus on financial management. What you will bring :
- 3-5 years of professional experience in managing software development projects
- Good communication skills and proven ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Good negotiation skills: ability and willingness to find a fair and balanced problem solution for all involved parties
- Result-oriented team player who could confidently manage a few projects
- Creative problem-solving and can-do approach
- Experience in working with external customers
- Experience in people management
- Attention to details and analytical thinking
- Fluency in English
