As a Junior HR administrator (Benefits), you will be a part of Nasdaq’s Global Benefits team. You will be based in our Vilnius office and report to the Senior Director of Benefits for EMEA.

Our Vilnius office is in the modern K29 business centre just outside the city centre. The office is most easily accessed via bus, but we also offer bike storage. Our modern working space offers a beautiful and ergonomic environment, kitchen spaces, and an in-house library. The building also hosts a canteen and vending machine and there are a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
This is a great opportunity for you to be part of our Global Benefits team. Primarily, you will support the EMEA Benefits team in the coordination of our offerings and guide employees in this region. You will support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs including, but not limited to pensions, health and wellness benefits, life and accident insurance, and perquisite programs. Coordinate benefits invoicing process. Additionally, you will work closely with our global benefits colleagues.
