- Define and implement test strategies for Dynamics 365 CE projects.
- Manage end-to-end testing processes, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate test activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with project timelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to testing and quality assurance.
- Prepare detailed test reports and documentation.

- You have a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or similar field.
- Extensive experience in test management for Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in agile and waterfall environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
- Open to working in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per month at our office in Katowice.
- Certification in ISTQB or similar is a plus.
