• Support clients in implementing and maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys solutions. 
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. 
  • Configure and customize Customer Insights Journeys to meet client needs. 
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for existing implementations. 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other Dynamics 365 modules. 
  • Deliver training and documentation for end-users.

  • You have a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or similar field.
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or related modules (e.g. Dynamics 365 Sales). 
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journey orchestration. 
  • Ability to gather requirements and design functional solutions. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Polish. German language is a plus. 
  • Open to working in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per month at our office in Katowice.
