• As an Identity and Access Management Consultant, you support our clients in the strategic further development of their IAM landscapes, ensuring sustainable and future-proof solutions.
  • You analyze business processes, translate business requirements into tailored technical concepts, and ensure successful implementation in complex project environments.
  • Acting as a central interface between business units, IT, and delivery teams, you maintain an overview of complex interrelationships and ensure smooth communication.
  • With your expertise in the (C)IAM field and your sense for process and business analysis, you support the development of modern, secure, and scalable architectures.
  • In addition, you take on responsibility within the project environment and contribute valuable input to the ongoing development of our consulting services.

  • A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Relevant experience in Identity & Access Management or related IT security domains.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Ping Access Manager, Ping Identity Gateway, Ping Neo (formerly Forgerock), or comparable solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OIDC) and their integration into enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Ping DS) and a strong understanding of role and rights concepts in cloud and on-prem architectures.
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and experience in requirements management and team coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish. German is a plus.
