We are looking for experienced CyberArk Engineer / Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design, integrate, and configure CyberArk solutions to support privileged access management across our enterprise environment. You will collaborate with end users, application owners, and security teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of applications and systems in line with corporate security standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with end users and application owners to define onboarding and integration requirements.
  • Design and implement CyberArk integrations for enterprise applications, databases, and services (AAM/CCP/REST).
  • Configure and maintain CyberArk safes, platforms, CPM plugins, and PSM connectors according to established standards.
  • Implement and manage Secrets Management (Credential Providers).
  • Develop and execute scripts to automate integration and onboarding tasks.
  • Conduct testing and validation of integrations and configurations to ensure functionality and compliance.
  • Provide troubleshooting and operational support for CyberArk-related issues.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate security policies and compliance requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent combination of education.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of CyberArk APIs, SDKs, CCP, CPM, and PSM.
  • Solid understanding of application integration and onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and security best practices.
  • Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently.
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Good communication skills in English and Polish. German is a plus.

Nice to have:

  • CyberArk certification (e.g., CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer).
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2) and their impact on PAM.
