The Opportunity

We’re looking for a service-driven and detail-oriented Workday Analyst to support our People Team and cross-functional partners. You'll play a key role in maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of Workday, with a focus on Recruiting, HCM, Absence, Learning, and more. This is a hands-on role ideal for a systems thinker who’s excited to solve Tier I tickets, empower stakeholders, and help scale our people systems as we grow.

The Team

You’ll join our dynamic People Team, working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and IT. Our team is remote-first and collaborative, with members across the US. We’re focused on building a thoughtful employee experience, supported by scalable tools and processes.

What we’re looking for

  • Deep experience with Workday, especially Recruiting, HCM, Absence, Learning, and Security
  • Hands-on expertise triaging and resolving Tier I HRIS tickets using tools like Jira or ServiceNow
  • Strong configuration knowledge across business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and EIBs
  • Experience managing security groups and role-based permissions in Workday
  • Familiarity with audit protocols and SOX-compliant system practices
  • Ability to analyze ticket trends and recommend scalable improvements
  • Strong communication and documentation skills—comfortable enabling stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning and user training
  • Comfort able with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bonus: Workday Pro Certification (Recruiting, HCM, or Security) and/or experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company
