Join our Workforce Management (WFM) Integrations team and help shape the way support teams manage their operations across the globe. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll design and build scalable integration solutions that connect Zendesk’s core WFM capabilities with third-party systems - ensuring our customers can deliver efficient, data-driven support experiences.
You’ll work on impactful projects at the heart of Zendesk’s ecosystem, collaborating closely with engineering teams across regions, product managers, and external partners. The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł235,000.00-zł353,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.
