Business Analyst – Real-Time Market Data
YOU AND YOUR TEAM
As part of the Business Analyst Team, you’ll play a key role in defining, managing, and delivering data feed requirements for our real-time systems. These range from regulatory mandates like MiFID II to strategic business initiatives, covering data, technology, and service dimensions. Depending on the project, your role may span business analysis, project coordination, technical implementation, and testing.

Our team is responsible for real-time data feeds across all EMEA exchanges, including premium markets such as the London Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Nordic. The accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of this data are critical to our clients and our business.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will gather and document business, technical, and data requirements for internally developed software. You’ll also validate the accuracy of market logic and support the software through its release lifecycle.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years of experience in financial market data environments
- Strong background in system-to-system communication (with minimal end-user interfaces)
- Proven experience with real-time data systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA
- Solid understanding of technology concepts and ability to quickly adapt to new environments
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
- Experience writing technical documentation
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets
- Previous collaboration with software development teams
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Elicit and document functional requirements, white papers, and change notifications
- Collaborate with content managers and liaise with exchange contacts to assess technical change impacts
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical service issues
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on software delivered by development teams
