As Make to Deliver (M2D) Solution Architect at Flora Food Group, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting our global Supply Chain IT landscape. This high-impact position offers the opportunity to influence initiatives, innovations, and continuous improvements across our Make and Deliver processes — enabling efficient, integrated, and scalable operations in more than 90 markets. You’ll partner closely with global business teams, IT leadership, and Supply Chain stakeholders to design, govern, and evolve IT solutions that support manufacturing and distribution excellence. This is a highly visible role requiring both technical depth and strategic collaboration across business functions.

We’re looking for a strategic, solutions-oriented architect with deep SAP experience and a passion for driving innovation across global Supply Chain systems. You should have: * *Experience: *8+ years of IT service delivery and innovation experience in Supply Chain IT, including SAP implementation and support. * *SAP Expertise: *Strong track record across SAP Make and Deliver modules (PP/MM/QM/LE/WM/EWM, etc.) and full-cycle project delivery. * *Leadership: *Experience managing service delivery via third-party partners or multi-vendor environments. * *Process Knowledge: *Deep understanding of Supply Chain business processes and how they translate into IT operations. * *Project & Vendor Management: *Proven ability to hold vendors accountable for quality, scope, and cost while driving operational excellence. * *Methodologies: *Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and ITSM/ITIL frameworks. * *Communication: *Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at senior levels across IT and business functions. * *Mindset: *Collaborative, resilient, and detail-oriented — comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
