Are you a technically skilled professional with experience in service management or product ownership? Sanoma Learning is looking for a Service Manager / Technical Product Owner (SM/TPO) to manage and improve our platforms, ensuring stability, user support, and continuous development. You’ll be based in Belgium but will be expected to work on-site in ’s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, about 2 times per week. You’ll collaborate closely with local teams in both Belgium and the Netherlands, as well as with international colleagues.
As SM/TPO, you will be responsible for managing our AWS and Azure environments and ensuring the continuity of our platforms. You will: * Collect and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders. * Write technical and functional documentation. * Contribute to backlog refinement and roadmap planning. * Schedule releases and ensure project timelines are met. * Manage high-impact incidents. * Support IT security and governance activities. * Manage contracts with external suppliers and service providers. * Contribute to business case development and initiate improvement projects.
