The team

Team DevExp's goal is to provide reliable, easy-to-use tools and knowledge to boost developer productivity and satisfaction and empower teams to deliver value fast without breaking things.

With us you get an opportunity to:

  • Heavily contribute to the architecture and migration of our CI/CD platform. As a senior technical partner, you will work to execute our initiative of breaking down our current monolith into a modern, testable, and modular platform that is reliable and easy for developers to use.
  • Act as a pragmatic driver and senior contributor. You will be a hands-on technical leader, responsible for designing and implementing solutions. Your focus will be on breaking down large visions into iterative, deliverable chunks, moving projects from "discussion" to "done".
  • Design and build the "paved path" as a product. You will design or contribute to designing the public-facing APIs our developers consume — from pipeline modules to standardized tooling — ensuring they are reliable, secure, and well-documented.
  • Drive engineering efficiency. You will partner with engineers to identify key bottlenecks and then design and deliver standardized, automated solutions that save them from reinventing the wheel.
  • Help guide our roadmap. You will use your expertise to analyze developer productivity and satisfaction, helping us prioritize and drive the most impactful improvements.

Our clients are all engineering teams within the organization and we’re looking forward to boosting the collaboration. Team DevExp plays an important role in supporting product teams in achieving our business goals. All projects within the team’s space are planned, led, and executed by engineers and the team has an opportunity to contribute to the team's roadmap creation.

Team DevExp has engineers in Estonia (both Tallinn and Tartu) and Poland and our processes are optimized for remote collaboration. We work in the Eastern European time zone (EET/EEST). For this role we hire in Estonia and Poland.
