Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of proven experience as a UX Designer or in a comparable role, supported by a strong portfolio that highlights your design process and project outcomes.
Proficiency with leading UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, or similar software.
Deep understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles, methods, and best practices.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
Basic familiarity with front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
Experience using UI testing tools like Cypress or Cucumber.
Awareness of AI-driven design tools and their practical use in modern UX workflows.
Responsibilities
• Conduct user research to identify behaviors, needs, and pain points, translating insights into personas, journey maps, and empathy maps.
• Develop information architecture, site maps, and user flows to ensure intuitive navigation and logical content structure.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts.
• Incorporate stakeholder and usability feedback to refine designs through iterative improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align vision and ensure implementation accuracy.
• Apply accessibility standards and inclusive design principles while keeping up with current UX trends and tools.
