Role Description
Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Lead Finance Specialist with Power BI in Ukraine (Kyiv).
We will consider candidates from North Macedonia, Armenia and Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports;
- Streamline managerial reporting processes and support continuous improvement initiatives;
- Lead improvements in the managerial reporting tool (automation, structurization, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems);
- Design and develop Power BI Dashboards;
- Support budgeting & forecasting functions in collaboration with other teams;
- Analyze financial and operational data and provide recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

Requirements
- University degree in finance, accounting, or economics;
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Managerial accounting, FP&A, or Controlling;
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, publishing models, report automation;
- Good MS Excel & Google Sheets skills;
- Analytical mindset;
- High level of attention to detail and a responsible attitude to work;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
