About the role
Overall responsibility for the implementation of products for teachers and specialists working with students with diverse/special educational needs (SEN) – Product Owner role.
Key tasks
- Identifying the needs of recipients in the special educational needs segment based on substantive knowledge, competitive environment, and market trends.
- Developing substantive concepts, functional requirements, business requirements, and KPIs for new digital products and SEN publications.
- Preparing budget assumptions for SEN products, monitoring budget execution and KPI achievement.
- Recruiting authors, collaborators, and experts for new products and marketing cooperation (webinar hosts, article writers, conference speakers).
- Collaborating and coordinating the work of the author team, ensuring timely delivery of author material with the assumed quality.
- Developing implementation scenarios for digital products in accordance with the latest market knowledge.
- Author tasks – creating worksheets, writing chapters in publications, and more.
- Managing the product backlog – prioritizing the work of the scrum team – Product Owner role.
- Ensuring the substantive correctness of all components of the SEN product, including digital product masters (desktop, mobile, online), printing, and all resources.
- Preparing product descriptions and presentations, as well as substantive input for marketing communication.
- Organizing product validation in institutions.
- Creating product documentation related to ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Management of products from the current offer, cooperating with the Product Maintenance department.
- Speaking at conferences, conducting webinars, internal product training, and external training.
