Your Role
As a hands-on DevOps Engineer, you’ll architect and operate cloud-native Azure platforms using modern IaC, CI/CD, and observability practices. Your work will directly enable secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

- Manage application environments, ensuring consistency across QA, UAT, and PROD.

- Troubleshoot issues, respond to outages, and continuously enhance monitoring and alerting systems.
- Promote Infrastructure-as-Code, responsible automation, and reproducible environments to support scalable, AI-powered workflows and enterprise-grade applications.
MUST
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure (AWS/GCP exposure is a plus), including resource provisioning, networking, and security.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps and release strategies for cloud-native applications.
- Strong experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and tooling.
- Hands-on experience in Terraform (2+ years), with experience in automating infrastructure and managing environments.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for performance and diagnostics.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), and orchestration tools (Helm is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams, influence architecture, and embed DevOps best practices.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, RBAC, and cloud security posture management.
- Azure Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400 are a strong plus.
- Advanced Scripting: Experience writing complex Python or Terraform scripts.
- AI Tooling: Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance development, documentation, automation, or research workflows.
- Domain Experience: Understanding of financial services and prior DevOps experience in regulated or trading environments.
