• Service Request Management: Create and manage the progress of service requests on a daily basis.
  • SPOC Function: Serve as the SPOC for all types of ATLAS authorization requests for the ATLAS IT team (weekly).
  • Concept Alignment: Support Business Product Owner (PO) requests for new roles, ensuring they match the established ATLAS authorization concept (monthly).
  • Requirement Refinement: Support the refinement and decomposition of authorization requirements (for R/3 and BTP) in collaboration with the PO, business stakeholders, ATLAS IT architects, and developers, following the ATLAS authorization concept and procedures (weekly).
  • Implementation Oversight: Create Service Requests and manage the implementation, testing, and bug-fixing of refined role developments (weekly).
  • Concept Enhancement: Support the PO in aligning and enhancing the ATLAS Authorization Concept based on new requirements with Business and IT POs (quarterly)

  • SAP Expertise: Senior knowledge of authorization concepts and structure within SAP R/3 and SAP BTP.
  • Deep Experience: Proven working experience of 7+ years with analyzing roles and identifying missing authorizations, catalogs, and groups.
  • Implementation Skill: Deep knowledge of implementing and testing new roles and authorization objects.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to align with ATLAS architects, POs, and Business POs to successfully refine new requirements.
  • Tool Competency: Proficiency in JIRA to create and manage user stories and backlog items.
  • Bonus: Understanding of the SAP ARM (Access Request Management) / GRC process is desirable, though not mandatory.
