Your Day-to-Day:

  • Develop and oversee daily marketing processes and needs.
  • Regular reporting for business results and growth factors.
  • Direct communication with existing partners and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain marketing growth strategies based on market analysis, trends, and competition.
  • Manage and grow existing partners by strengthening relationships and driving new initiatives.
  • Identify, outreach, and onboard new partners.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and voice-of-customer initiatives to influence positioning and roadmap priorities.
  • Support retention and expansion efforts through product education, community feedback, direct client communication, and tailored lifecycle communication.
  • Drive new initiatives and projects for affiliate and marketing revenue growth.

Gross salary: 2500 - 4000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience. Your Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing business or commercial business development in digital marketing or sales roles.
  • Previous experience with direct partners or user communication.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing and organic traffic growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in making data-informed decisions.
  • Sharp communication and negotiation skills.
  • Perfect spoken and written communication in English.
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership - will have to work independently as well as in a collaborative yet demanding team environment.

NICE TO HAVE REQUIREMENTS: * Experience working media outlets or PR campaigns; * Knowledge of marketing intelligence tools like Ahrefs, Semrush would be a plus. * Familiarity with the Saas/IT/tech industry would be a plus. * Knowledge/ Experience working with CMS. * Basic understanding of design.
