Field Enablement Tools Developer

We’re looking for a Field Enablement Tool Developer who will play a key role in shaping how our global teams collaborate, engage with our customers, and innovate.
You’ll be part of a dynamic environment where technology meets business impact — designing tools that help our field sales and engineering teams deliver first class support and value to our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build impactful tools that address real business challenges and improve daily operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate ideas into intuitive, easy-to-use applications.
- Understand the needs of field teams to develop tools that truly support their work and drive engagement with customers
- Integrate PowerApps with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create seamless workflows.
- Leverage PowerBI to deliver clear, actionable dashboards that turn data into insights.
- Maintain high-quality standards through proper documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively in English to gather requirements, present ideas, and provide user support or training.

What You Bring:
- Proven hands-on experience with PowerApps development and a portfolio of user-centered solutions.

- Understanding of field sales and engineering workflows, and how digital tools can boost efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
