IAM/ Cybersecurity Internship Program

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:

• Support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in designing, building, and optimizing identity processes for international clients.
• Assist in gathering business and functional requirements related to IAM and IGA (Identity Governance & Administration).
• Help design and implement access models and entitlements.
• Participate in building identity lifecycle management, access request, and privileged access audit processes.
• Learn to implement on-premise and cloud-based IAM solutions using leading technologies.
• Collaborate with experienced cybersecurity experts to expand your knowledge in one of the fastest-growing areas of IT security.

• Paid, several-month internship program - min. 3 months, 4-5 days a week, with flexible working hours
• First month on-site, after that hybrid model

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Active student status – at least a 4/5th-year computer science student
• Strong interest in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cybersecurity.
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about IAM concepts such as directory services, identity lifecycle, privilege management, and PAM (Privileged Access Management).
• Familiarity or interest in technologies such as Java (Beanshell), VBA, .NET, SQL, LDAP, Active Directory, PowerShell, Linux, or Azure/GCP/AWS.
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Good communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• English proficiency at B2 minimum and Polish at C1 minimum.
