Payments Support Specialist

As a Payments Support Specialist, you will be responsible for keying client transactions quickly and accurately. You’ll monitor payment processes, handle internal and external queries, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across teams to meet SLAs and uphold service standards. You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring Payments case queue to ensure SLAs are met consistently.
  • Completing data-entry tasks related to payment processing such as booking incoming funds and scheduling payments out of holding.
  • Timely actioning tasks that arise from manual reporting.
  • Ensuring that all relevant information is input accurately and completely into ECM and GlobalPay+ and is updated each time an action is carried out.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with Operations, Support, Dealing, Relationship Management and Account Management teams to maximize and sustain service quality for all customers.
  • Maintaining focus on personal and team goals, achieving set KPIs and maintaining high quality of work.
  • You must be ready to cross-skill to assist other teams such as customer support with live client communication.
