Hristo Popov is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
- Integrating, documenting, and testing MCM software packages and applications.
- Ensuring compliance with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Integrating, documenting, and testing client hardware and peripheral devices.
- Implementing, migrating, operating, and supporting mobile devices and applications.
- Providing ongoing support for M365 Office and Windows components, such as browsers, user profiles, and network logon functionalities.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Experience with Microsoft client products and the M365 Office suite;
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows (both Client and Server OS) and Networking;
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell;
- A structured and self-organized approach to work;
- The ability to perform effectively under pressure;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of ITIL principles;
- Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell or Visual Basic;
- A creative mindset with the ability to innovate and solve problems independently.
