Lead Network Operations Engineer:
Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Lead Network Operations Engineer to join its Global Network Operation support team. In this senior role, you will lead Level 2+ network support for our application teams and global command centre, driving incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous network optimisation efforts. You’ll apply deep technical expertise in Check Point firewalls, F5 load balancers, Routing and Switching to enhance network performance, reliability, and security. Key responsibilities include packet-level diagnostics, supporting strategic infrastructure projects, mentoring junior engineers, and participating in the out-of-hours on-call rotation. This is a high-impact lead role where you’ll influence Mastercard’s global network operations thinking while fostering operational excellence and team development.
