WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

The Lead Business Analyst will play a crucial role within the Business Operations team, focusing on deal reviews and profitability. This role involves overseeing cost modeling, deal reviews, service level profitability and managing pipeline data quality.

This role involves close collaboration with Service Owners, Service Delivery Managers(SDM), Customer Success Manager(CSM) and Commercial Operations to align on deal reviews and a forecasting process based on quality data inputs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Business Reviews: Drive structured business reviews to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Objective Key Results: Support planning and tracking of OKRs to align teams with strategic priorities.
  • Value Stream metrics: Develop and monitor metrics across value streams to measure delivery efficiency and impact.
  • Scorecards: Create and maintain scorecards to visualize key performance indicators and enable data-driven decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to optimize operations.
  • Data: Enabling the organization to make better decisions through high quality data standards and continuous improvement.

WHAT WE VALUE

We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest. * 5+ years of relevant experience, in finance, business performance, or a technology-enabled environment * Proficient verbal and written communication skills (English Language) with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner * Demonstrated expertise in utilizing tools including PowerBI, SQL, VBA, macros, Excel, and financial modeling * Ability to manage one's own tasks, multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from concept to execution * Comfortable communicating complex ideas in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * An analytical mindset characterized by curiosity and problem-solving * Collaborative and eager to learn new skills, with a willingness to grow and support others in a changing and evolving environment * Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related analytical or technical field is required
