Overview:
The Senior Program Manager Lead is a pivotal role within the M&A and Transformation organization, responsible for overseeing and managing multiple programs. The ideal candidate will bring an AI mindset first with a combination of strategic vision, leadership, and operational expertise to ensure the successful execution of complex cross functional programs. This role requires a proactive leader capable of aligning programs with organizational goals, fostering a collaborative team environment, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute enterprise program strategies that align with our corporate goals.
- Lead diverse project teams, inspiring members to actively contribute to the successful execution of programs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance program visibility and support.
- Identify and develop risk mitigation plans across programs
- Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, and adjusting as necessary
- Make data-driven decisions based on program performance monitoring and reporting.
- Implement changes to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of future programs.

What we are looking for:
- 10+ Years of experience with a successful track record of leading and managing complex programs
- In depth understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills to drive program progress
- A growth mindset that fosters continuous improvement and adaptability
- Commitment to adopting Precisely’s core values and contributing to a positive and productive organizational culture
- BS/BA, MBA or equivalent preferred.
