Adlook is looking for a Salesforce Administrator with strong Business Analyst skills to join our Revenue Operations team. If you’re passionate about Salesforce optimization, process automation, and data integrity—and can also partner closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into solutions—this role is for you!

5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a fast-paced B2B environment Strong experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing user stories, and documenting processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to work with technical and non-technical audiences alike Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and its low code capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Deep knowledge of Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; additional certifications (Platform App Builder, Business Analyst) are a plus Background in MarTech/AdTech, marketing automation, or digital advertising will be an asset Fluency in both Polish and English languages is a must Location- Warsaw or nearby (ability to work in a hybrid model)
