Skills and experience you will need

  • fluent English (written and spoken)
  • 5–7+ years of project delivery experience in large, complex, global, or regulated industries (Finance/Insurance preferred)
  • proven track record in project, financial, and change management
  • strong abilities in planning, budgeting, scoping, costing, and scheduling
  • experience working in both Agile and traditional project management setups
  • ability to drive cross-functional and cross-geography workstreams in a unified way
  • skilled in creating clear reports and summaries of project health for stakeholders
  • comfortable managing distributed teams in a matrix environment
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • independent, proactive, and able to thrive in an international environment

Nice to have

  • project experience in BI, AI, Big Data, or Data Engineering
