We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive the success of cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment between projects, teams, and company goals. As a Program Manager, you will oversee multiple interconnected projects, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes that support the company’s strategic vision. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact:

Program Planning and Strategy
- Define program goals, objectives, and success metrics aligned with organizational priorities.
- Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones.
- Partner with leadership to ensure programs deliver measurable business value.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Oversee and coordinate the execution of multiple related projects across teams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and inter-project conflicts.
- Facilitate communication between project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Execution and Monitoring
- Ensure all projects under the program are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor program performance using KPIs and dashboards, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Drive issue resolution and course correction when necessary.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for program-level updates and progress.
- Engage with senior leaders and executives to report on program health and achievements.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations.

Resource and Budget Management
- Allocate resources across projects based on priorities and dependencies.

Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows to optimize program execution.
- Incorporate lessons learned from past projects and programs into future planning.

Who You Are:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.
- Strong understanding of program management tools like Jira Portfolio, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the sportsbook, gaming, or technology industry.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and product lifecycle management.
- Certification in PMP, PgMP, or Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
