Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with end users to identify access needs and define onboarding requirements.
- Translate onboarding use cases into technical designs and processes.
- Configure CyberArk safes and platforms according to established standards.
- Configure and test CyberArk PSM (Privileged Session Manager) connectors.
- Configure and test CyberArk CPM (Central Policy Manager) plugins.
- Assign connection components to CyberArk platforms.
- Ensure smooth and secure alignment with compliance requirements

Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent combination of education.
- Proven hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Security solutions (safes, platforms, PSM connectors, CPM plugins).
- Strong understanding of privileged access management (PAM) concepts, processes, and best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing onboarding solutions in enterprise environments.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Good communication skills in English and Polish. German is a plus.
- Our standard is a hybrid working model with regular office presence in Katowice. Specific arrangements can be discussed during the recruitment process
