Responsibilities:
- You are a member of a team for dedicated customer in the German financial industry.
- You collaborate with development teams to migrate of on-premise environment to Azure cloud.
- You implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps.
- You manage and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- You develop Java applications that are hosted on Azure, using Azure Container Apps or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- You contribute to the overall cloud migration strategy.
- You proactively bring in ideas to create innovative solutions.
- You work in an agile environment, using scrum.
- You meet with your team in the office (Katowice) at least once a month to plan your work and discuss progress.
- You are willing to learn and improve your skills on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
- Very good communication skills in English and Polish.
- Communication skills in German is a plus.
- Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
- Ideal skillset:
- Experience with Java programming
- Experience working with Azure Cloud
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Expertise in GitLab and Azure DevOps
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience working in a self-organized team.
- Good familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per month.
