Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support to our customers via email and live chat, primarily in German.
- Process inquiries with attention to detail and content.
- Proactively identify clients' needs and suggest effective solutions.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate closely with our team to enhance and streamline processes.
