Senior SAP Time Management Consultant

• have solid technical expertise in HR IT solutions and hands-on experience with SAP Time Management,

• be able to work with other custom applications within the HR IT landscape,

• understand business requirements such as time schemas, work schedules, overtime handling, wage types, absences, attendance quotas, and reporting needs,

• bring experience in delivering 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP Time Management, with strong problem-solving skills,

• have a business-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in how IT can drive better HR processes,

• be service-focused, detail-oriented, and able to view processes from the end-user’s perspective

Responsibilities

• designing, developing, and deploying HR IT solutions focused on SAP Time Management,

• carrying out complex and business-critical configuration tasks within SAP Time Management,

• supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving existing solutions,

• ensuring HR IT systems comply with performance, security, and regulatory standards,

• providing guidance to the business on best practices for processes and technical system setups,

• fostering strong collaboration with teams across the organization and with external implementation partners.
