Senior HR Admin Specialist

The Senior HR Admin Specialist is a member of the Global HR Services team, that provides high level HR related administrative support and customer service for employees, managers, HRBPs, and COE’s in Sensata entities in one or more countries to ensure compliance and alignment to HR, Legal and Company policies and procedures according to set SLAs and Key Performance Indicators. The Senior HR Admin Specialist takes part in improvement projects and is influencing the content of their own job to increase the value of the services provided.

General Responsibilities

  • Provides on time delivery of HR related administrative tasks e.g. creating legal documents, keeping HR systems up-to-date, creating reports
  • Handles onboarding and termination actions
  • Creates purchase orders in our Oracle system and follow-up
  • Develops Shared Services concepts in the region within the function of HR
  • Leads respective projects according to the company priorities, especially related to the usage of HR systems
  • Collaborates with current 3rd party service providers to find the best solution for HR Services and the company
  • Tracks and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Gives on request administrative HR support to other Centers of excellence

Experience / Qualifications

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
