Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and support key and contract accounts.
  • Support both sales and engineering team by preparing/ supporting technical and project quotes, processing orders and coordinating follow ups.
  • Handling client enquires, resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery of solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Who are you:

  • Strong communication and organiations skills
  • Prior experience in sales, administration, account management or in a similar role.
  • A customer focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Previous experience working with specialised industrial products. A Hose and Fittings, Bearings or Power Transmission background is highly desirable.
  • Computer literate and a good grasp of CRM systems understanding of Microsoft tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP ARIBA Business Network is advantageous but not essential.
