The Team
We are a distributed team of 120+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.

What You'll Do
- Organizing the work of the design team, planning tasks for sprints and setting project timelines.
- Mentoring, working with a competency matrix, and planning professional development.
- Motivating designers and fostering a strong design culture.
- Presenting and defending design decisions.
- Organizing processes and day-to-day routines in collaboration with stakeholders and other departments.
- Managing work with outstaffed resources.
- Developing user scenarios, designing interfaces, and creating layouts and prototypes.

Requirements
- Attention to detail and punctuality.
- At least 1 year of experience as a design lead in a product team.
- 6+ years of experience as a designer.
- A strong portfolio.
- English level B2.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working in a remote-first, globally distributed team.
- Experience with performance monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- A genuine interest in the non-profit technology sector.
- A hypothesis-driven mindset and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
