WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US
As a global leader in our space, SimCorp is transforming from a traditional enterprise software provider into a SaaS business while sustaining strong, profitable growth. Aligned with this transformation, we are moving to a horizontal, client-outcome-focused delivery model.
We are now recruiting a Value Stream Product Manager – SimCorp One to lead the overarching product strategy across the individual value streams - collectively forming our SimCorp One Solutions platform. This platform underpins how we deliver scalable, efficient, and cohesive solutions to our clients.
Unlike Product Managers focused on single domains, this role owns the holistic SimCorp One strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment, scalability, and a unified client experience across domains and services.
You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the SimCorp One solution stream, ensuring alignment with business goals, operational needs and client outcomes. Collaborating across product development, solution stream teams and commercial stakeholders, you will define priorities, guide execution, and drive continuous improvement to deliver meaningful measurable outcomes.
This is a strategic and cross-functional leadership role, requiring the ability to bridge long-term strategic vision with day-to-day delivery, ensuring that the solutions delivered are scalable, efficient, repeatable and built on clear standards.
You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and play a key leadership role within our Product Development organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Product Strategy & Vision- Ensure the product vision incorporates regulatory, security, and data governance standards, market best practices, and client expectations.
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify differentiators and commercial opportunities.
- Define and drive a cohesive, cross-domain product strategy across Product Lines and Product Areas.
- Own the full solution lifecycle (product and service): research, discovery, business case, development, launch, delivery, integration, adoption, iteration and ongoing support.
- Embed SaaS principles and commercial viability (e.g., pricing strategy, TCO, and value realization) into all phases of design and delivery.
- Drive adoption of repeatable design patterns, reusable components, and shared standards
- Lead product governance forums, strategic reviews, and stakeholder communications, articulating clear value propositions internally and externally.
- Contribute to go-to-market initiatives, including product documentation, sales, and marketing enablement materials
- Provide thought leadership engagement through webinars, whitepapers, events, sales meetings.
- Translate strategic goals into a clear outcome driven shared between Product Development and Solution stream delivery teams.
- Prioritise across competing demands using data-driven frameworks and stakeholder collaboration
- Maintain transparent communication of roadmap goals, changes, and cross-team dependencies.
- Monitor progress against milestones, metrics and client outcomes - adjusting timelines, scope, or resources as needed.
- Ensure delivery adheres to defined standards for quality, scalability, and operational readiness resulting in stable and repeatable outcomes.
- Maintain effective feedback loops internally and externally to refine product direction based on market trends, client insights, and pain points.
- Ownership of specific OKRs and KPIs linked to reducing onboarding duration and effort, and lowering cost of run, by defining and maintaining the standard for the solution scope.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of goals, expected outcomes and delivery priorities.
- Facilitate effective collaboration across teams to identify shared opportunities, manage dependencies and remove blockers to progress.
- Provide ongoing leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring that product features and services are fit-for-purpose, aligned with business need and ready for adoption.
- Coordination with x-funcional teams on Quality, performance, monitoring, issue resolution, SLA, with a focus on Solution Stream and Value Stream leads.
- Serve as the strategic integrator across Product Areas and Business Services Solution Stream —ensuring that all individual roadmaps contribute to a unified SimCorp One platform vision.
- Own and lead the SimCorp One solution prioritization, and cross-product coordination engaging with GPMs/PMs to align their Product Area - level initiatives with broader platform strategy and client value outcomes.
- Accountable for decisions regarding trade-offs, shared services, and standardization, with input from domain leaders and key stakeholders.
- Drive consistency, reusability, and operational alignment across services, enabling repeatable and scalable delivery models.
- Create a collaborative, matrixed environment where domain PMs own their execution while contributing to shared goals and platform-wide OKRs.

- Demonstrated ability in managing product ownership, roadmap strategies, and priority setting through organized frameworks.
- Proficient in outcome-based planning using (OKRs / KPIs) and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
- Highly effective in establishing and maintaining communication and relationships across various organizational tiers, including with executives and clients.
- Skilled at navigating and influencing within large, matrixed organizations.
- Experienced in leading strategic forums, product governance initiatives, and cross-functional workshops.
- Demonstrated ability to unify multiple domain strategies into a cohesive platform roadmap.
- Comfortable making strategic prioritization and investment decisions across product lines and services
- Experienced in building and governing collaborative frameworks across product and solution teams.
