What You Will Do
- Engineer robust and reliable log collection, cloud audit integration, and monitoring for key infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, DockerHub, GitHub, SaaS). You’ll ensure we see and retain the security signal – no exceptions.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve visibility, detection, and alerting capabilities for applications, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling. You’ll make our incident response bigger, stronger, and faster.
- Automate and operationalize processes for repetitive tasks: evidence gathering, security investigations, forensic data collection, and ticket tracking. Where others reach for checklists, you build flows and agents.
- Drive risk reduction with our penetration testing engagements, bug bounty programs, and vulnerability disclosure workflows with follow-through from triage to closure.
- Partner with distributed teams (IT, R&D, GRC, CloudOps) to solve tough operational problems (think privilege management, detection coverage, or endpoint policy hardening) wherever the risk lives.
- Contribute to a culture that chooses clarity over chaos by writing documentation, sharing status, and being a sought-after resource for colleagues on technical and operational topics.

What You Will Need
- A curious, self-directed mindset – you don’t wait around for someone to tell you what to do.
- Proficiency with logging pipelines – building reliable data flows from public cloud, SaaS, and developer platforms into centralized monitoring or investigative workflows.
- First-hand knowledge of cloud security and incident response principals – you’re not afraid to jump into an investigation (even if it’s not your day-to-day focus).
- Outstanding communication skills: you operate transparently, facilitate strong cross-team collaboration, and can explain complex technical risks to non-specialists.
- A history of technical ownership – owning deliverables, balancing priorities, driving to resolution, and raising the security bar across teams and projects.
Extra Great If You Have
- Experience maturing endpoint security solutions (EDR), log analytics, policy tuning, and global device protection.
- Experience supporting vulnerability management, web app pentesting, and bug bounty programs to maximize security value.
- Prior hands-on work with cloud automation and SOAR tools (e.g. Tines, Torq, BlinkOps, or similar).
- Contributions to hiring assessments, technical mentorship, or security community engagement.
