Internship Program Details
This position is part of our Global Internship Program, allowing new talents to show themselves, improve, and thrive with our support. It is an on-site paid internship in Kraków Poland. The length is limited – for 6 months, for full-time employment – 40 hours per week. This internship cannot be done remotely.
We work in hybrid mode 3+2, at least 3 days at the office (with mandatory Wednesdays and Thursdays) and 2 days at the home office.
The location of our office is Puszkarska 7J/Building E, 30-644 Kraków, Polska.
We employ only via an employment contract – FTE.
Role Description
Role will look like:
- Join us to grow SolarWinds Observability - a modern SaaS solution used by customers worldwide.
- Contribute to real features by writing code, testing it, and learning how to keep it reliable and high quality.
- Get hands-on experience while being supported by teammates who will help you grow both your technical and soft skills.
- Collaborate with other teams across an international environment, giving you exposure to different perspectives and ways of working.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and knowledge-sharing activities that will accelerate your learning journey.

Your Experience
- Passion for programming and enthusiasm for learning Go (Golang).
- Curiosity about how distributed systems or SaaS products are built.
- Nice to have: some exposure to AWS, Docker, or SQL - but we’ll help you get there if you don’t have it yet.
- Interest in working with both Linux and Windows operating systems - though you’ll be developing on a MacBook.
- A growth mindset - the ability and motivation to learn quickly, experiment and apply new technologies.
