Senior Manager, Regional Security

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for preparation of federal, state and consolidated provision inclusive of collaborating with wider tax team, calculating ETR, SOX, and C-Suite deliverables.
  • Responsible for preparation of federal and state income tax returns, inclusive of quarterly estimates and annual extensions
  • Assist with tax portion of external reporting (10Q and 10K) and technical research related to tax accounting principles.
  • Roll forward, update and self review various federal and state workpapers
  • Support team in all aspects of the function including project management, idea generation, process improvements and implementation.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field). CPA or master’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in field, public accounting background strongly preferred
  • General working knowledge of domestic taxation principles and ASC 740 concepts
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel/Office. Familiarity with Onesource and/or Corptax (or similar tax software), Alteryx, Power BI, etc. preferred
