How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead high-impact advisory projects for key players in the electricity sector—delivering strategic insights that shape the future of energy.
- Drive business growth by identifying new consulting opportunities and cultivating a strong network of industry contacts and internal collaborators.
- Champion innovation by designing and proposing R&D initiatives with clear scopes, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
- Steer project success through expert contract negotiation, proposal development, and the application of advanced sales and stakeholder engagement techniques.
- Ensure project excellence by conducting thorough risk assessments and guaranteeing delivery in line with contractual commitments.
- Elevate team performance by enhancing tools and processes, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of complex projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables with minimal supervision while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support contract lifecycle management, including follow-up on new solutions and services that add value to our clients and business.

Master degree or PhD in a relevant field with substantial experience in the electricity sector. Over 5 years of relevant experience as energy consultant and previous experience as a Team Lead. Proven expertise in tools like PSSE, Power Factory, PSCAD and ETAP and other development tools as Python. Strong understanding of regulatory, economic, and operational challenges in the electricity market. Experience participating in large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams.
