Job Overview:
Join us as a Network Administrator and help us maintain and enhance our network systems and infrastructure. You'll be responsible for ensuring our network runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently, playing a key role in our IT team.
Your Role:
- Responsible for the setup, management, and maintenance of the network systems and infrastructure.
- Manage network resources, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades to maintain high network performance, security, and reliability.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other network devices.
- Continuously monitor network performance to identify, diagnose, and resolve connectivity or security issues.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of network-related projects, ensuring successful project delivery within specified timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to network infrastructure.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledgebase, documentation, and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
- Preferred University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or a similar role. • Familiarity with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Proven knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience with standard copper cabling and fiber-based technologies, knowledge of routing and switching fabrics, QoS, topology, VLAN, VXLAN, SDWAN, and VPN.
- Experience with networking technologies such as DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Certification in relevant technologies.
