As a Junior Network Engineer at A1 Competence Delivery Center, you will gain hands-on experience in telecommunications and IT infrastructure, working with skilled engineers on real projects in an international environment. This entry-level role focuses on learning, mentorship, and practical involvement in deploying and maintaining network solutions.
You’ll assist with service migrations, configuration changes, and troubleshooting, while building your knowledge of core networking concepts. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about networking and eager to start a successful career as part of a supportive, growth-oriented team.
Your daily routine would include: * Get involved in international projects and activities with guidance from senior engineers; * Assist in deploying and supporting new network solutions and customer services; * Assist in documenting network changes and troubleshooting steps; * Assist in troubleshooting basic network issues; * Learn to perform service migrations and configuration changes; * Work closely with experienced team members, field engineers, and other technical teams; * Receive hands-on training and mentoring in real environments.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Strong interest in IP networking, including core concepts like Switching, VLANs, STP, and basic Routing protocols;
- Participation in networking courses (Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar) is considered an advantage;
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
- German language is a plus;
- Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve;
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environment;
