As a Fashion Support Consultant on our team, you will: - Take incoming customer and from boutiques and shops calls and solve users’ demands - Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA - Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers - Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

Concentrix is a great match if you: - Have a proficient or bilingual level of Dutch, and advanced level of English - Have minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail - Have knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc) - Are Customer Driven, motivated to work in sales, opportunistic in creating sales leads - Can conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs - Have exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills - Have working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office
