How You Will Make An Impact
- Responsible for planning system quality assurance activities
- Reporting to Quality Manager for overall Quality Assurance program
- Preparation of test plans and test procedures for newly developed applications
- Setup and maintenance of the test environment
- Comprehend the application requirement as per customer specifications and create Test Procedure and Test Scenarios for baseline and newly developed features for each release
- Closely coordinate with Domain experts to capture key features of applications in Test Procedure
- Scheduling of tests and test resources, be well organized and committed to processes & timelines..
- Should proactively look for Test Automation methods to reduce time/cost for testing and be consistent with documentation
- Work in collaboration with Project Technical Leads

Your background
- Bachelors (or higher) degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- ISTQB Level 1 certification will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of electric power generation and transmission networks.
- Basic understanding of SCADA systems.
- Experience with software testing & using tools such as JIRA, ADO (or similar).
- Occasional travel to other Hitachi offices for internal meetings.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with an eagerness to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
