The Role

We are looking for a meticulous and eager-to-learn Junior Content Publisher to help us manage and deploy digital content across various platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in digital marketing and content management, working with a supportive team on projects for leading global brands. You will be the key to ensuring our content looks perfect and reaches our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish and format engaging content (text, images, video) across our websites and digital channels.
• Ensure all published content is on-brand, grammatically correct, and properly formatted for optimal user experience.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure content displays correctly on different devices and browsers.
• Assist with content migration and site organisation projects.
• Work closely with content writers, designers, and developers to execute content strategy and production plans.
• Help manage and organise digital assets (images, documents, videos, etc.)

Who You Are: Soft Skills & Experience

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating orderly, visually appealing content.
• A proactive learner with a "can-do" attitude and a desire to grow in the digital field.
• Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy & AI-Curious: An eagerness to learn and use new digital tools. Familiarity with using AI for basic tasks like brainstorming or grammar checks is a strong plus.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and is open to feedback.

Your Technical Toolkit: Skills & Experience

• Basic experience with typical CMS systems (WordPress, Optimizely) and social media platforms,
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Google AI, CoPilot, Canva, and other AI tools specific to relevant tasks in content production,
• A fundamental understanding of technical aspects of content production and SEO are a significant advantage.
• Video preparation and graphics production for image posts, video headers, etc.

Nice-To-Have Experience (A Big Plus!)

• Experience in workflow production using AI to automate publishing and scheduling,
• Familiarity with SEO best practices for content publishing,
• Experience in video production and/or postproduction.
