Junior Creative Support Specialist
This role is a connection-point between Adlook's Creative department (responsible for delivering creatives for ad campaigns) and Business teams (Sales, Client development, Brand strategy). The focus of this role is making sure that ordered creatives find their way to creative team - using internal ticketing system - quickly, efficiently, without errors and with adherence to internal best practices.
What You`ll Be Doing:
- Assigning tasks to designers and developers, including verifying tickets for completeness (ensuring all necessary materials are attached) and assessing the estimated workload required for task completion
- Additional duties at a later stage, such as preparing reports and conducting internal training sessions, participating in additional internal projects
- Collaborating with a large and diverse group of people, requiring adaptability to different personalities and temperaments, as well as the ability to tailor your communication and work style accordingly
